************** GW.CON DATA EXPLANATION *************************************
For your convenience, here's how it works:
The program will only care about the 13 first lines in this file.
If you make a mistake somewhere, the program will tell you what went
wrong and where, and quit nicely.
Explanations of the data lines above:
Line This is what you should put there...

1 Full pathname of the score file
For eg. "DOORS:GlobalWar/GWscores.txt"
2 Pathname to Hall-of-all-times-top-scorers
3 The bbs name - is shown on the title screen
4 Pathname to the Global War game document
5 Pathname to the Team instructions
6 Pathname to the Points document
7 Number of days before deleting inactive players
8 Default number of games a player can start
9 Number of days a completed game can be examined
before it's deleted
10 Number of days a game will wait for more players.
If the game doesn't start in time, it will be deleted
to make room for new games
11 Number of points a rank is worth
12 The default log-in name (normally the sysop).
This name is used if you press enter with no name at
the log-in prompt when running Global War from CLI.
If you haven't typed a log-in name at line 12 and press
enter (without entering any name at the login prompt),
the program will quit. Name length is max 19 characters
13 Access level to enter the sysop's menu. If the user
has a lower level, he cannot enter the menu.
The access level here must be at least 1.
Note; all pathnames and BBS name can be maximum 64 bytes.
